Imagine living without stress and tension in your daily life – a life less of worry and anxiety and more of serenity and inner strength.
On this 6 week meditation course we will look at the minds that cause stress and at various techniques that Buddha taught to release us from these painful minds.

Week 2: Why worry? Understanding why we get stressed
Week 3: Accepting the things we cannot change
Week 4: Dealing with depression
Week 5: This too shall pass – contemplating impermanence
Week 6: Lasting freedom – finding peace in emptiness
