About the course:
On this half day course we will explore how we can develop positive attitudes that will help us to lead a happy and meaningful life.
Some people are naturally happy: they seem to enjoy life when things are going well and are able to stay positive even when things are going badly. With meditation and mindfulness, we can learn to do the same.
Meditation teaches us how to train our mind so that we can develop the positive mental habits and attitudes- of contentment, acceptance, gratitude and joy - that will give us a happy and meaningful life.
