About the course
On this half day meditation course, learn with Gen Osung about Buddha Shakyamuni, the founder of Buddhism in this world, and about the other Buddhas and objects that you see on a traditional Kadampa Buddhist shrine.
We will meditate on the form of Buddha and there will be a question and answer session (so if there’s something you’ve always wanted to ask about Buddhism do come along with your questions!)
Everyone is welcome to come and find out about the Buddhas and Buddhism.
