Sundays 9am - 1pm

“Universal Compassion” by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso  presents profound and powerful methods
to solve our  difficulties by transforming them all into the spiritual path.

Classes will run on Sunday mornings (term time only); with prayers, guided meditations, teaching and
discussion, and a break in the middle for a light Sunday brunch!

A unique programme specially designed to help us deepen our  understanding and
experience of these uncommon practices through systematic study and meditation, leading to an experience
of true and lasting happiness. Such a precious and meaningful opportunity.
